Oversees all operations, maintenance and management of a municipality water and wastewater system
Monitor the collection payments and bills owed by water and sewer system
Experience working with private, public sector clients and regulatory agencies
Ensures total compliance with policies and procedures with governmental agencies such as Department of Health (DH), Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Environmental Protection Agency regulations, and all other applicable laws, regulations and standards of quality and safety.
Make recommendations to enhance and improve the effectiveness, efficiency and safety of the systems to the municipality
